This whole podcast absolutely some directly to me! I too resent this condition and even with therapy, I'm told that "the vagina is a muscle so if you don't keep using these modalities, you'll be right back where you started. " It is so frustrating and I really appreciate how Kimberly discussed this topic. It is really a sad situation and it scares me in regard to the stability of my relationship. Intimacy is awkward and I'm looking forward to trying some new methods. 25 years of marriage cannot be tossed away just because of my issues.
